Q: Do you charge an up-front fee for your services?

A: No.

 

Q: Will you buy my house if I'm in foreclosure?

A: Yes, we are still interested in your property.  Our MortgageFREEDOM! program is an excellent remedy for your situation.

 

Q: Will you be interested in purchasing my house even if it requires extensive repairs?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Will you be interested in purchasing a house even if it is in probate?

A: Yes, we are still interested.

 

Q: If I enroll in the MortgageFREEDOM! program, how will I know my mortgage payments are being made?

A: We make it a point to provide you with proof that the payments are being made via copies of checks, money orders, or wire transfers.

 

Q: If I enroll in the MortgageFREEDOM! program, will it help to improve my credit?

A: As we make payments, you will begin to develop a good credit reference on one or more of the credit bureaus without lifting a finger.

 

Q: Do you buy real estate around the country?

A: Yes.

 

Q: I have bad tenants in my property.  Are you still interested in purchasing it?
